Yesterday was the Fourth of July and you know what that means… FOOD! My fourth was fully of soaking in some sunshine, eating, and hanging out in the pool (sounds like the perfect day to me). Since I have not been doing much because of this whole quarantine thing, whenever I have the smallest plans, I feel like I am so busy! Lately my room has been a mess, I have not been keeping up with my every day selfcare, and I have been feeling all over the place. I am just out of my usual routine which is not a bad thing because breaking routines is trying something new, but I need to figure out how to incorporate my everyday habits into when I am feeling busy.
With that being said, I am making today a day where I get my sh*t together lol. Plan out my week, relax, spa day, and hydrate; that is my Sunday plan. I usually always do a spa day Sunday, but I would usually do them because they are fun and selfcare is always a good idea. Today is a needed one so I can get this coming up week planned out and not feel like I have run myself into the ground like how I feel right now.
I don’t really want to talk about my whole week and what I did because I was always on the go and I do not really have any heart felt insights to really share other than spa Sundays are a must.
