This week flew by, don’t you think? I am laying in bed, big cup of coffee in my hand, with half my make up on from last night. I went to a party and it was just as fun as I expected it to be. There is nothing better than catching up with old friends and hearing about where their life path is taking them. If you did not know, I just graduated in the class of 2020, so many of my friends also have graduated! Congrats to the class of 2020! I am not sure if I am sad or excited for what the future holds for me and my friends because we are all going on different paths, moving all around the country, starting work, and creating a new life. Of course it is exciting because of all the new people we are going to meet and new experiences we are going to make, but it makes me sad because we will not be all together in the place where we grew up making more memories. It is a lot of mixed emotions, but bottom line is I cannot wait to see where life takes me and friends.
I am redoing? Rearranging? Whatever you want to call it, to my room. Basically, we took my twin sized bed and put my college bed (which is a full) into my little room. If you have been in my room you know how small it is, but we were able to make the full-sized bed fit in my room with my dresser and side table. I am pretty happy with how it turned out! If anyone has cute ideas, decorations, or recommendations for redoing a room, please let me know. A major sacrifice that I had to make was getting rid of my fish tank that I have had since sophomore year of high school. Of course, Nemo (my four-year-old clown fish) was alive and thriving in that tank but we had to do something with him. No, we did not kill him and flush him down the toilet, we threw him into the ocean. Is he alive right now? I have no idea, but I do hope so. Considering that he has been living in an 80-degree tank his whole life and I released him into the 50 something degree Pacific Ocean, I do not think he is alive, but I do hope so!
I hope everyone has had an amazing week and I can not wait to talk to you again!
xx
